Ingredients
Rava – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Water – 1 1/4 cup
Ghee – 4tbsp
Cashew Nuts
Raisins
Cardamom Powder
Preparation
Heat a pan, add ghee into it, once it melt add cashews, then kismis, roast it well, then transfer to a plate, next add semolina, roast it for 8 minutes. Mix saffron and hot water then rest for 10 minutes. Heat a pan , add water, add semolina after boil water, stir well, once it cooked add sugar, mix well,next add saffron mix, next add roasted cashew and kismis,cardamom and ghee, mix well, cook until it become non sticky.
