Preparation

Heat a pan, add coconut , tamarind and shallots, fry it until it turns golden brown, then grind it into fine paste. In a claypot add vegetables with required water to cook, then cook it well, next add coconut paste, boil it well, finally add mustards and dry red chilly after tempering.
