Ingredients

cow beans-1 cup
turmeric-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
salt
water
coconut oil-2 tbsp
garlic-4-6
shallots-7-8
curry leaves
dry red chilly-2-3
coconut grated-1/2 cup
turmeric-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
pepper powder-1/4 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Soak cow bean atleast 2 hrs, then cook with turmeric,chilly powder, salt and water in a pressure cooker. Heat a pan, add coconut oil, garlic, and shallots , saute it well, next add dry red chilly and coconut, mix well, next add masalas, mix until the raw smell gone, next add cooked cowbeans, mix well, cook until it become dry.
