Ingredients
mango-1
grated coconut-1 cup
coconut oil-1 tsp
chilly powder-1 1/4 tsp
coriander-2 tsp
coconut oil-2 tsp
fenugreek-1/4 tsp
mustards-1 tsp
curry leaves
dry red chilly
shallots-5-8
turmeric-1/2 tsp
green chilly splitted-3-4
water
salt
Preparation
Heat a pan, add coconut, roast it well, add coconut oil, chilly powder and coriander powder, mix well, after cooling it grind it into fine paste. Heat a pan, add coconut oil, heat it, then add mustards and fenugreek, pop it well, then add curry leaves and dry red chilly, fry it well, now add mango pieces, with turmeric and salt, after mixing well add water, cook it well, then add grinded coconut paste, boil it well.
