WheatFlour – 2sp

Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp

Sugar – 1/4 Cup

Ghee/Oil – 1 sp

Coconut – 1/4 Cup

Preparation

Heat a pan, add wheat flour, roast it , then allow it to cool. Heat ghee in a pan, add coconut , roast it until turn aromatic. Break egg in a bowl, beat it well, add sugar little by little, next add wheat flour, beat well, add cardamom powder, coconut mix, again mix well. Heat a sauce pan, grease with ghee, pour the batter, cook in low flame.
