Sadya special kurukk kaalan

Ingredients

yam-300-400 gm

raw banana-1

coconut-2 handful

cumin-1/4 tbsp

pepper powder-1/4 tsp

curd-1-2 cup

green chilly-2

dry red chilly-2-3

mustards-1 tsp

fenugreek-1/2 tsp

curry leaves

coconut oil-1 tsp

ghee-1 tsp

Preparation

In a mixie jar add coconut,cumin,pepper and chilly, grind it with required water. Cook yam and banana in a pressure cooker, then transfer to a clay pot, add coconut paste and mix well, then add other masalas and salt, boil it well, once it become thick, add curd, turn off flame after mixing well. Heat oil with ghee, pop mustards,fenugreek,dry red chilly and curry leaves,then add to curry.
