poha-4-5 handful

rice flour-1 tbsp

jaggerry-400-500 gm

baking soda-1/2 tsp

salt-1 pinch

cardamom -1/2 tsp

coconut grated-4-5 handful

turmeric-1/2 tsp

Preparation

Cook green gram in a pressure cooker, In a bowl , add dry ingredients, and make a thick batter. Melt jaggerry in a pan, add other ingredients and cooked green gram make dry mix, then allow it to cool. Make small balls dip in the batter, and fry in hot oil.
