Ingredients:
Banana flower – 1(small)
coconut – 1/2 cup
crushed garlic – 4 (medium size)
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
oil
urud dal – 1/2 tsp
mustard – 1/2 tsp
redchilli – 2
curry leaves
salt
water
curd – 1 tbsp
Preparation
Chop banana flower, and soak in rice water and wash well, mix coconut with turmeric,cumin powder, chilly powder and garlic crushed. Heat a kadai, add oil, crack mustards, next add urad dal and dry red chilly, roast it well, then add curry leaves, coconut, chopped banana flower and salt, cook it without water.
