Banana Pachadi

1) Banana- 1 no.

2) Green chilli- 2no.


3) Coconut- 1/4 cup.

4) Cumin seed- 1/4 tsp.

5) Mustard- 1/2 tsp.

6) Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp.

7) Yogurt- 1/2 cup.

8) Sugar- 1 tbsp.

9) Warm water.

10) Salt.

11) Coconut oil- 2 tbsp.

12) Dry chilli.

13) Curry leaves.


Add banana, chilly, salt , water and turmeric in a pan, cook well. Grind coconut, cumin and mustards. Mash bananas, add coconut mix into it, mix all well, add some water, stir it well, then boil it. Add sugar and mix well, then add curd, mix again. Heat a pan, add oil, pop mustards, dry red chilly and curry leaves, add to pachadi.
