Ingredients
sugar-1 cup
water-1/2 cup
cardamom-5
ghee-2 tsp
semolina-1 cup
milk-2 cup
salt-1 pinch
milk powder-1/4 cup
dates
cashews-1/4 cup
oil for frying
Preparation
For sugar syrup, add sugar in a pan, add water and cardamom, boil it well and keep aside. Heat ghee in a pan roast semolina well, then add milk into it, stir well, add a pinch of salt, mix well, cook until it become a dough, then add milk powder and knead it well, divide this dough into small balls and fill each ball with cashew and dates mix( crushed), then fry it in oil, then dip in sugar syrup for 5-8 minutes.
