Pappada vada

Rice powder – 1/2 cup

Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp


Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 tsp

Cumin – 1/2 tsp

Sesame seeds – 2 tsp

Salt to taste



In a bowl, add rice flour, masalas, cumin, sesame seeds and salt, then add water and mix into fine batter, dip papad in this batter and fry well.
