Preparation

Add dal, all vegetables (except brinjal,tomato,okra and drum stick), all masalas, salt, coconut oil and water in a cooker, cook for 2 whistle, next add tamarind juice and other vegetables and cook it well. For seasoning, heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek, mustards, allow it to crack, now add, shallots,curry leaves, dry red chilly , and garlic, roast it well, then add other masalas in the list, add this into the curry, finally add some coriander leaves.
