Ghee recipe


You can make ghee from milk, it is a simple process, if you regularly use milk, you can simply make ghee from the milk.

You should use full cream milk, boil milk without stir, once the milk start boiling, switch the flame to low, keep atleast 7 minutes, you cannot stirring and mixing, once the milk cooled, keep in refrigirator, keep overnight, then remove the thick cream from top of the milk, store this in a container, once the container gets full, just blend the cream with cold water, then strain out from water, you can get butter from it, simply melt it, thats all.
