wheat flou-1 glass
sugar-1 1/2 glass
cardamom powder-1 tsp
mix water and wheat flour, then drain this and remove dusts, mix again, caramalise sugar and set aside. Roast cashew nuts in ghee and keep aside,then add wheat flour mix into it, stir continously, add ghee frequently, after 10 minutes add sugar caramel, next add sugar, next cardamom powder, next cashews, cook it again, once it become thick and non sticky turn off flame, transfer this in a mould, cut it after cooled.
