Ingredients
Potato- 1 1/2 cup
carrot-3/4 cup
beans-3/4 cup
thick coconut milk-1/2 cup
thin coconut milk- 1 1/2 cup
coconut milk-3 tbsp
cumin-1/4 tsp
bay leaf-1
cloves-3
cardamom-2
cinnamon stick-1
ginger-1 piece
garlic-10 cloves
onion-1
green chilly-1-2
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
pepper powder-2 tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
curry leaves
salt
water
Preparation
Heat a pan, add oil, then add spices,roast it well, next add ginger garlic crushed, next onion, curry leaves and green chilly, saute it well, now add all masalas, and saute until it become aromatic, next add vegetables , coconut milk and water, cook it well. Finally add thick coconut milk, raw coconut oil and curry leaves.
