Chicken-1 kg

curd-1 tbsp

turmeric-3/4 tsp

salt-1 tsp

onion sliced-4

garlic chopped-8

ginger-1 tsp chopped

green chilly-2

curry leaves

red chilly powder-2 tsp

coriander powder-1 tsp

garam masala-1 tsp

salt-1 tsp

pepper powder-1 tsp

fennel powder-1/2 tsp

coriander leaves

Preparation

Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric and curd, rest for 1/2 hrs. Heat a pan add oil,fry chopped onion until it become crispy, then keep aside. Heat oil in another pan, add garlic ginger, green chilly, curry leaves and tomatoes, saute well, next add all masalas, cook until it turns aromatic, now add all masalas and marinated chicken, mix and cook well, next add fried onion, mix it well, then cook for 15 minutes, now add 1 tsp pepper powder, and 1/2 tsp fennel powder, finally add some curry leaves.
