pepper powder-1/2 tsp

coconut milk- 1 cup

boiled egg

Preparation

Heat oil in a kadai, add some spices, and roast it well, next add onion, saute well, next, salt, green chilly, ginger, garlic and curry leaves, mix well and saute again, then add all masalas, and cook until the raw smells gone and now add coconut milk into it, mix well and finally add boiled egg.
