Ingredients
Riped jackfruit-3 cup
grated coconut-1 cup
rice flour-1 cup
jaggerry-200 gm
water -1 cup
dry ginger and cumin powder- 1 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Cut jackfruit into small pieces, then cook in a pressure cooker. After the pressure gone, transfer to a pan, mash it well, then add melted jaggerry into it,next add grated coconut, next rice flour, mix frequently, then cook well, finally add dry ginger and cumin powder, and turn off flame. Set this in a plate, cut the snack after the heat gone.
