meat masala-1 tsp

For grinding

coconut grated-2 cup

coriander seeds-2 tbsp

dry red chilly-2

garlic-10

shallots-5-8

curry leaves

pepper-1 1/2 tsp

coconut oil-2 tsp

other ingredients

ginger- 1 piece

water-3/4 cup

pepper powder-1 tsp

Preparation

Marinate chicken with the ingredients in the list , then rest for 1/2 hrs. Heat a pan for roast items for grinding, add one bye one, once it turns golden brown color,turn off flame, grind into fine paste. Heat a clay pot, add coconut oil,cinnamon,garlic,ginger,shallots,curry leaves and onion, saute it well, next add green chilly and tomato, mix well, then add marinated chicken, and grinded coconut with water, mix well and cook it for 20 minutes, finally add some pepper powder.
