Rice flour evening snack


rice flour-2 tsp

boiled potato-2


ginger-1 tsp

curry leaves

garam masala-1/4 tsp

chilly powder-1/2 tspn

turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

bread crumbs-1/2 cup

corn flour-2 tsp




Mash boiled potatoes, add ginger,curry leaves and coriander leaves,onion,green chilly, all masalas, next rice flour, mix all, then knead it well, take small balls from it,  then make a shape, then dip all in corn flour mix and coat in bread crumbs and fry in hot oil.
