Preparation
Fry the vermicelli and then boils it in water with salt until it softens. Once cooked, the water is drained, and the vermicelli is set aside. To prepare the base,splutter mustard seeds, urad dal, carrots, and onions in oil. Then, they add the remaining ingredients and salt. Finally, the cooked vermicelli is added and mixed well.
