Mutton head curry
Ingredients
1 goat head
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp cloves powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
1 cardamom pod
1 clove
1 onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
3 green chillies, slit
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Preparation
Clean the lamb head and cut it into pieces. Marinate the lamb head pieces with coriander, cumin and pepper powder masala, tomato, sauted onion, ginger, garlic and green chilly, salt, turmeric and other masala powders, crushed shallots and curry leaves, then transfer it to pressure cooker, cook it until it cooked well, then boil it until it become thick.
