It is a recipe for a ginger buttermilk dish called ‘Inji Thairu’ or ‘Inji Pachadi’ in Malayalam. This dish is very easy to make and has many health benefits, including aiding in digestion, gas, and acidity relief.

Ingredients
•curd – 2 cups
•Mustard seed – 1 tsp
•Dried Chilli – 3
•Chopped green chillies – 2 tbsp
•Small onion chopped – 1/4 cup
•chopped ginger – 1/2 cup
•Curry leaves – 2 stalks
• Coconut oil – 2 tbsp
•Salt – 1 & 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Whisk together the yogurt and salt in a bowl until smooth. Heat coconut oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and dried red chilies. Add finely chopped shallots, ginger, green chilies, and curry leaves to the pan and saute until fragrant and golden brown. Pour the sauteed mixture into the yogurt and mix well.Let the dish cool down for some time before serving.
