Chana Masala Curry

Ingredients

Chana

onion

green chilly

ginger

garlic

curry leaves

water

salt

red chilly powder

coriander powder

turmeric

garam masala

water

coconut

tomato

coconut milk-1 1/2 cup

oil

fennel

fenugreek

curry leaves

shallots

Preparation

Add soaked chana to a cooker, then add masala powders, salt, onion, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and green chilly, add water and salt, cook it well. Then add tomato, cook it again. Grind some cooked pea with coconut milk, add this paste to curry, boil it again, finally, season it with fennel, fenugreek, shallot, dry chilly and curry leaves.
