garlic- 1 tbsp
curry leaves

shallots- 1 /4 cup
boiled egg- 6
coconut oil – 1 1/2 tbsp
fennel seeds- 1 tsp
cumin powder-1/4 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder- 1 /2 tsp
bread- 12
milk-3/4 cup
egg-4
crushed chilly-1 tsp
salt
ghee- 1 -2 tsp
Preparation
First prepare a filling. For that, heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds, after roasting it well, add onion, shallots, ginger, garlic and green chilly, saute it well, next add masala powders, mix it well, now add boiled egg pieces, combine with masala, then turn off flame. Blend milk, egg, salt and crushed chilly together in a blender, then set aside. Take breads, remove sides. Heat ghee in a pan, spread over the pan, soak bread in milk mix, then put it in the pan, and cover the bottom with bread, add filling above, then put more eggs, cover the mix with more breads, then cook it in low flame.Cook both sides well, then serve it.
