Chicken In Banana Leaf

To prepare this, first take a mix jar and add four to five pieces of roasted coconut to it, add one teaspoon of fennel seeds, one teaspoon of chili powder, half teaspoon of turmeric powder, one and a half teaspoon of coriander powder, juice of one lemon and grind it well. Marinate the cleaned chicken with enough salt, a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, prepared masala powder and a teaspoon of crushed green pepper. Keep it aside to roast for some time. Take a banana leaf and put the chicken on it. Add some coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped tomatoes and onions on top of it. Now wrap the banana leaf tightly and wrap it again with foil paper and put this wrap in the charcoal or burned wood and cook it well.
