To prepare this, add one and a half cups of wheat powder, one and a half tablespoons of semolina and one and a half tablespoons of flour to a bowl and add salt as required. After mixing everything, pour water little by little and knead it well. Add a little sunflower oil and knead it to make a soft dough. Take the dough in your hands and roll it into small balls. After dusting each ball in a chapati board, spread it in a nice circle. Take out the flour and put it in the oil. When one side rises, put it back and fry both sides well.
