Masala bonda is a popular snack or appetizer in Indian cuisine. It is typically made by mixing mashed potatoes (Urulakkizhangu) with spices and herbs, shaping the mixture into small balls, and then deep-frying them until they are golden brown. It can be served with chutney or other dips and is often enjoyed as a street food or party snack.
