1. Milk – 1 cup

2. Sugar – 5 tbsp

3. Heavy Cream – 1cup

4. Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp

Preparation

Add milk to a pan, add sugar, let it boil well, continue stirring until it become slightly thick, now turn off flame, then cool it enough, then refrigerate it. Beat cream in a bowl, add icing sugar while whip the cream, add vanila essence, cold milk mix into it, beat it until it become stiff, then pour it to the container, then freeze it for 8 hrs, then serve ice cream.
