Coconut milk

Cashew nuts-50 gm

Coriander powder

Curd-2 Tbsp

Coconut oil

Preparation

Take a pressure cooker, add onion, potato, salt and water, cook it for 5 whistle, then mash it well. Heat oil in a pan, add crushed ginger, garlic and chilly, saute it well, add coriander powder, mix all, then add cooked potato and onion, boil it well, now add chicken pieces, add salt and coconut milk, cook chicken well. Grind coconut with shallots, fennel, cinnamon and soaked cashews, and make a fine paste. Add coconut paste to chicken, just heat it well, then turn off flame. Finally, season it with shallots and curry leaves.
