fennel seeds-1/2 tsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

coriander powder-1 tsp

garsm masala-1/2 tsp

pepper powder-1/2 tsp

meat masala-1/2 tsp

boiled egg

coriander leaves

Preparation

Heat oil in a clay pot, add whole spices, after roasting it well add ginger garlic crushed, saute it for a minute, next add onion, saute it until it become brown, add tomato, mix it well. Dry roast masala powders in another pan, then add to curry, combine well, next add boiled egg, add salt and hot water, boil it well until it become thick, then turn off flame.
