Madakk Pathiri

Ingredients

oil-3 tbspn

onion-2

ginger-1 tbspn

garlic-1 1tbspn

chilly-2

chilly powder-1/2 tspn

turmeric powder-1/4 tspn

coriander powder-1/2 tspn

garamassala powder-1/2 tspn

pepper powder-1/2 tspn

meat massala -1 tspn

salt -to taste

coriander lea

For batter

maida 1 cup

egg-2

salt – to taste

pepper Powder-1/2 tspn

water -3/4 cup

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilly, saute it well, then add masala powders, mix until the raw smell gone, add crushed beef, add salt and meat masala, mix all again, then turn off flame, add some coriander leaves, then turn off flame. Take a mixie jar, add egg, maida, salt, pepper powder and water, blend it well, then make a loose batter, pour the batter to a bowl.

Heat a pan, spread oil, pour the batter with a laddle, add filling in half portion, then fold the pathiri from one side, again pour batter at the empty side, add filling, then fold it, repeat it until the entire batter and filling over, cook it well, then serve it after cutting it.
