Bread Pudding Cake

Ingredients

bread slices-4

sugar-1/2 cup

egg-2

cardamom-2

butter-50 gm

milkmaid-2 1/2 tbsp

ghee-1 tbsp

Preparation

Toast bread slices, then crush it in a mixie jar, transfer it to a bowl. Add butter to a bowl, add cardamom and sugar powder, mix it well, next add eggs, combine well, add milk maid and bread crumbs, mix all well, transfer the cake mix to a sauce pan, tap it well. Heat a pan, then put the sauce pan above the pan, then cook it in low flame.
