onion-1
salt
green chilly
ginger
chicken masala-1 tsp
garam masala-1 pinch
boiled potato-2
salt
coriander leaves
gram flour-1 cup
salt
chilly powder
water
oil for frying
Preparation
For masala, heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, and green chilly, saute it well, then add masala powder, next add boiled potato and salt, mix all together well, add some coriander leaves, then turn off flame.
Prepare a thick batter with gram flour, salt, chilly powder and water. Make small balls with potato mix, dip the balls in the batter, then fry it well.
