Idiyappam maker is available in every house, fill the porotta dough in the idiyappam maker with large holed mould, don’t forget to apply oil before filling it, then close the lid and press it to a plate, roll it with a roller, now its ready to cook. Heat a tawa, add porotta, cook both sides well, after cooked all tap it tightly with your hand.
