sugar-600 gm

yellow food color

rava-100 gm

ghee

oil for frying

Preparation

Add egg, cardamom, sugar and yellow color to a mixie jar, blend it well. Take a bowl, add maida, rava and egg mix, knead it well and make a soft tight dough, add ghee, knead it again, rest the dough overnight. Next morning, take the dough, knead it again and divide it into 4 pieces, flatten it into thick layer, then cut it like diamond, now fry it in hot oil.
