All Purpose Flour – 2 Cups

Salt – 1 Tsp

Melted butter – ½ Cup

Water

Corn flour

Oil

Sugar – ½ Cup

Cardamom powder – ½ Tsp

Preparation

Take maida in a bowl, add salt, melted butter and water, knead it well and make a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal small balls, rest it for 1/2 hrs. Flatten the balls into long layers, dust it with corn flour, next roll it , cut the rolls into 1 inch length pieces, just roll the bites again. Now fry it in hot oil. Melt sugar with cardamom and water, then pour it above the snacks.
