Ingredients
prawn-1/4 kg
cucumber
tomato
green chilly-4
tamarind
water
cumin-1/2 tsp
curry leaves
shallots
oil
pepper-1 tsp
coconut
chilly powder
turmeric
coriander powder
salt
garam masala-1/2 tsp

Preparation
Marinate prawns with salt turmeric and chilly powder, then add to a clay pot, add cucumber, green chilly, toato, tamarind and water, then cook it well. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, curry leaves, pepper and shallots, saute it well, then add coconut, mix well, fry it until it turns golden brown,now add masala powders and mix well, then turn off flame and grind it into fine paste, then add to curry. Add salt boil it well, finally season the curry with shallot and curry leaves.
