Ingredients
small banana-6
coconut oil-2 tbsp
mustard-1 tsp
dry chilly-2
shallots-4
curry leaves
green chilly-3-4
salt
dry chilly-3
coconut-3/4 cup
turmeric-1/4 tsp
water
mustard-1/4 tsp
curd-1/2 cup
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, allow it to splutter, then add dry chilly and shallots, fry it well, then add curry leaves, next add chopped banana and green chilly, combine all, add salt, saute it well, then turn off flame. Grind coconut with dry chilly and turmeric, then add mustard, after blending it well add it to curry, add water also, then boil it for 2-3 minutes, blend curd, then add to curry, turn off flame after heat it well.
