Ingredients

milk powder-200 gm
ghee-200 gm
sugar-250 gm
vanilla essence-1 tsp
water-150 ml
pista
Preparation
Take the mould, add butter paper, then brush it with oil, add crushed pista, then keep aside. Mix ghee and milk powder together. Melt sugar with water, once it become one string consistency , turn off flame, then add milk powder mix and vanilla essence, mix all well, turn on flame and stir it well, once it become thick, transfer it to the mould, level it with a spoon, add pista crushed, then keep aside for 2 hrs, after that cut it in desired shape.
