Ingredients
Idili – 7
Maida – 1/2 cup
Corn flour – 1/2 cup
Pepper – 1 tsp
Salt
Veg oil for frying
Garlic – 1 tbsp
Ginger – 1 tbsp
Green chilly – 2
Capsicum – 1
Spring onion
Chilly sauce – 2 tsp
Soya sauce – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Pepper – 1 tsp
Salt

Preparation
Cut idli into small pieces.Take a bowl, add corn flour,maida, pepper and salt, mix well and make a thick batter.Dip idli pieces in this batter, then fry it. Keep this aside.Heat oil in a pan, add garlic,ginger,chilly and capsicum, saute it well, next add spring onion, then add sauces, mix well, next add sugar,pepper and salt, combine all well, finally add fried idli, mix everything, then garnish it with spring onion.
