Ingredients

green gram-1 cup soaked
salt
water
for batter
maida-1/2 cup
rice flour-2 tbsp
gram flour-1 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
salt
sugar-1 tbsp
cumin-1/2 tsp
water
for filling
sugar-1/2 cup
cardamom-4-5
coconut-1 cup
bread crumbs
oil for frying
Preparation
Cook soaked green gram with salt and water.Take a bowl, add rice flour,maida,gram flour,sugar, turmeric and cuminpowder, mix well, pour water and make a thick paste. Grind sugar and cardamom, then transfer it to a bowl, add coconut and cooked gram dal, mix well, then add bread crumbs to adjust consistency, mix again and make small balls from it, dip the balls in batter, then fry it in hot oil.
