Cow bean payasam ( navarathri special)

Ingredients

raw rice-1/2 cup

cow beans-3/4 cup

jaggerry-4 piece

coconut-1 cup

ghee-1 tbsp

Preparation

Wash rice and cow beans together in a bowl, soak it for 3 hrs, then cook in a pressure cooker, once it open, pour melted jaggerry into it, mix well, then boil it, next add coconut, mix it again, continue stirring, now add ghee, boil 2-3 minutes, once it become slightly thick turn off flame.
