Ingredients
prawns-1/2 kg
pepper powder-1 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-2 tsp
salt
oil
tomato-3
salt
garlic,ginger and green chilly
turmeric-1/4 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder-2 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
fennel powder-1 tsp
curry leaves
Preparation
Marinate prawns with salt,turmeric, chilly powder and pepper powder.After 1/2 hrs of marination, fry it in oil, then set aside.Pour tomato puree in the same pan, saute until oil separates, then add ginger garlic and chilly crushed, mix well, then add salt and other masala powders, mix it well, next add fried prawns, cook until it become dry, finally add curry leaves.
