Ingredients

potato-1
carrot-1
cauliflower-1/2
cashew nut-1/4 cup
white kas kas
oil-2 tbsp
garlic-5-6
ginger
curry leaves
green chilly-1
onion-1/2
salt
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala-1 tsp
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped ginger and garlic into it, after sauting it for a minute add onion, curry leaves and green chilly, mix it , then saute until it become soft, now add vegetables, masala powders and salt, after a mix cover the pan and cook it for 15 minutes, next add cashew and kaskas paste , add some water, combine all well, let it boil , once it become thick, turn off flame.
