Squid snack

Ingredients
Squid
Salt
Chopped onion
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Chopped green chilies
Oil
Preparation
Take 1 kg of squid and add salt to it. Without adding any water, blend it in a mixer until it forms a paste .Transfer the blended squid to a bowl. Add the finely chopped small onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, and green chilies . Mix everything together thoroughly .Heat some oil in a pan . Take small portions of the squid mixture and flatten them slightly before carefully placing them into the hot oil .Do not make them too thick; spread them out.The snack does not require any additional powders like gram flour, all-purpose flour, or rice flour . Fry them until they are golden brown and crispy.Once fried, remove the squid snacks from the oil and drain any excess oil on a paper towel . These taste great with sauce.
