oil-3 tbsp
mustard-1 tsp
garlic-6-7
dry chilly and curry leaves
tomato-4
green chilly-3
onion-2
chilly powder-1 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder-1 tsp
cumin powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
4 tomato+ginger+6 garlic paste
salt
water
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop, then add garlic, and green chilly, fry it well, next add dry chilly and curry leaves, after roasting it well add onion, saute until it become golden brown, now add tomato, once it become soft add masala powders, mix until the raw smell gone, now add tomato paste, after mixing it well add salt and water, boil it well, then turn off flame.
