Ingredients

semolina-1/2 cup
coconut-1/2 cup
sugar-5 tbsp
salt-1 pinch
ghee-1 tbsp
cardamom powder-1 tsp
water-1/2 cup
oil for frying
Preparation
Take rava in a bowl, add coconut, mix well by using your hand, then add sugar, salt and cardamom powder, mix it again.Heat ghee in a pan, add the rava mix, mix well, once it heat well pour water and cook it until it become thick and non sticky, then turn off flame and let it cool, then make desired shape out of the dough, then fry it in hot oil.
