Preparation

Heat a pan, add oil, heat it well,then add spices, after roasting it add onion, saute it well by add salt,next add tomato, saute until it become soft, next add masalas, mix well, finally add idiyappam, mix with masalas.

Potato Fry

Ingredients

Potatoes – medium

Chopped garlic -2 tbsp

Chilli powder -2 tbsp
vinegar

Salt to taste

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, fry potato without any masala, then transfer to a plate. For garlic sauce, heat oil, add garlic and saute it well, then add chilly powder, mix both well , next add vinegar, boil it well, finally add potatoes, mix with this sauce.

Mango curry

coconut oil-1 tsp

chilly powder-1 1/4 tsp

coriander-2 tsp

coconut oil-2 tsp

Preparation

Heat a pan, add coconut, roast it well, add coconut oil, chilly powder and coriander powder, mix well, after cooling it grind it into fine paste. Heat a pan, add coconut oil, heat it, then add mustards and fenugreek, pop it well, then add curry leaves and dry red chilly, fry it well, now add mango pieces, with turmeric and salt, after mixing well add water, cook it well, then add grinded coconut paste, boil it well.

Soak sago rice and cook it well. Grind small banana with milk and sugar, then pour it to a bowl, add sabja soaked,milk, fruits , cooked sago and few drops of elaichi mix, after mixing well serve it.

Steam cook sweet potato pieces, grind coconut with shallots and kanthari, just crush it. Broken wheat payasam

INGREDIENTS –

BROKEN WHEAT – 3/4 Cup

Water – 3 Cups

For Payasam Preparation –

Cooked and drained Broken wheat

Milk – 500 Ml

Sugar – 1/2 Cup ( Depends on your taste)

Cashew nuts and Raisins

Cardamom Powder – 1/2 Tsp ( Optional)

Ghee – 1 Tbspn

Caramel Preparation –

Sugar – 5 Tbsp

Butter – 1 Tbsp

Condensed Milk – 2 Tbsp

Preparation

Heat a pan, add ghee, once it melts well roast cashews and kismis and keep aside. In the same pan add cooked wheat, after mixing well add milk, boil it, next add sugar, stir well. In another pan, caramalise sugar, then add butter and milkmaid, after mixing well add to the payasam, mix all well, finally add roasted cashews and kismis.

Heat a kadai, add required oil, add chicken pieces into it, fry it well, then transfer to a plate, in another pan , heat oil and add onion, saute it well by add required salt, ginger garlic, chilly,tomato and curry leaves, mix all and saute well, next add masalas, mix until the raw smell gone, now add fried chicken, mix with masalas, finally add some coriander leaves then turn off flame.
