Strawberry shake

Ingredients

freeze milk – 1 packet

Strawberry Crush – 1/2 glass

Whipped cream – 2 glass

Sugar-4 tbs

Milk- 1/2 glass

Cashew nut-10 nos

Preparation

Take a mixie jar, add chilled milk, cream and sugar, blend well,next add strawberry crush and milk, blend again and serve with cashew nuts.

Easy Egg curry

Ingredients

oil

shallots-5-8

curry leaves

chilly powder-1/2 tsp

turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

fennel powder-3/4 tsp

water-1 1/2 cup

salt

egg-3

coconut-3/4 cup

green chilly-3

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add shallots and curry leaves, roast it well, next add masalas, after mixing well, add hot water, then add 3 eggs , cover the lid. Grind the coconut with green chilly and add to curry, then heat the curry and turn off flame.

Easy banana snack

Ingredients

ghee-1 tbsp

banana-2

coconut-1 cup

sugar-1/4 cup

cardamom powder-1/4 tsp

maida-1 cup

rice flour-1/4 cup

salt-2 pinch

sugar-1/4 cup

baking soda-2 pinch

sesame seeds

yellow food color

water

Preparation

Heat a pan, add ghee, then add banana pieces, saute it well, next add coconut, cardamom and sugar, mix all well and turn off flame. In a bowl, add maida, rice flour, salt, sugar, color, sesame seeds, baking soda and required water, mix all well, then add 1/2 of banana mix and make batter. Heat a tawa, spread oil, pour the batter like pan cake size, add banana mix above it, cook well.

Preparation

Steam bananas in a steamer. Dry roast rice, then grind it into fine powder., then add to the steamed banana, add jaggerry,coconut and salt, mix well and knead it with your hand, make small balls, finally garnish with desicated coconut.

Cauliflower masala curry

Ingredients

cauliflower

potato

coconut

cinnamon

cloves

coriander powder

chilly powder

turmeric powder

oil

salt

water

onion

chilly

ginger,garlic crushed

bay leaf

Preparation

Heat a pan, add coconut , roast until it become brown, next add masalas and spices, just heat it, then grind it by adding required water and make a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, shallow fry cauliflower and potato separately and keep aside. In the same pan , add oil, next add onion, saute it well, next add chilly, ginger garlic, bay leaf and curry leaves, saute again, add turmeric and salt, after mixing well add potato and cauliflower, cover the lid and cook well, finally add coconut paste , boil it well.

Salmon fish curry

Ingredients

Half kg Indian Salmon or rawas

shallots

Ginger

Tomato

Tamarind

Chilli powder

turmeric powder

coriander powder

pepper powder

Fenugreek powder

curry leaves

mustard

fenugreek

coconut milk

oil

salt

Preparation

Heat masalas in a pan. In a mixie jar, add shallots, ginger, tomato and masalas, grind into coarse paste, then add to a clay pot, add tamarind, salt, chilly and curry leaves, boil it well, then add fish, cook it well, finally add coconut milk and heat it, then turn off flame. For tempering , heat oil, add mustards, fenugreek, shallots and curry leaves, crack it well and add to curry.

Butter naan

Ingredients

Maida-2 Cups

Yogurt-1/4 Cup

Yeast- 1/2 tbsp

Sugar-1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Oil

Butter

Water-1/2 Cup

Preparation

Take lukewarm water in a bowl, add sugar and yiest into it, keep aside for 12-15 minuter. After the yiest activate enough, add curd, salt and maida , knead it well, add oil, make a soft dough. Rest this dough for 1 hr. Knead it again, and divide into equal balls, flattern it by usind maida, cook in tawa by spreading butter.

besan flour-11/2tsp

Tarmeric powder-1/4tsp

idli/dosa batter-3tsp

blwck sesame seeds-1/4tsp

water

oil for frying

Preparation

For batter, add lukewarm water to a bowl, add dosa/idli batter, mix well, next add turmeric powder, add maida and gram flour, next add salt and sugar, mix all well, add luke warm water to make a thick batter, rest the batter for 5 hrs. Then add sesame seed and mix it well. Take banana slices, dip in the batter and fry in hot oil.

gram flour-170 gm

potato -2 boiled

mint paste-3 tsp

chat masala-1/2 tsp

hing-2 pinch

rice flour-2 tsp

Preparation

Add boiled potato in a bowl, mash it well, then add other ingredients, knead it to become a soft dough, add water if needed, then take a idiyappam press, fill the dough, and press to hot oil and fry well, you can make it like uzhunnuvada.
